Exhibit Hours 

The Exhibit Hours for the Third Virginia Pain Society Annual Meeting are as follows:

• Saturday, February 10, 2024 7 AM- 5 PM and 5 – 7 PM reception 

• Sunday, February 11, 2024 7 AM- Noon

Shipping information will be provided once the exhibit agreement is completed. We are pleased to provide food and beverages for the designated company representatives at the exhibit.

Lodging 

All company representatives who serve as sponsors and/or exhibitors can register for lodging at the  Omni Hotels & Resorts Charlottesville by calling (800-843-6664) by January 13, 2024. The room rate is  $169/night. The lodging rate does not include taxes, fees, and assessments currently at 13.3%.

Invoices for sponsorship/exhibit will be sent with shipping materials information once the level of support is chosen.

All supporters and exhibitors will be provided with a demographic list. It is the Policy of the ACCME that participant data (including names, contact information, and email addresses) not be shared with any supporter or exhibitor. The planning partner(s) are also prohibited from sharing participant contact information with supporters and exhibitors.

Sponsorship Opportunities 

The Virginia Pain Society provides several options for sponsorship and exhibits at this annual meeting. Please review the options below for more information. The venue for exhibitors is held in the foyer area of the education salons and is the same area where food and refreshments are served.

Platinum Sponsor ($15,000)
This sponsorship level provides interested companies with an option to provide/host an optional non-CME/CE designated luncheon (Saturday, 2/10) lecture/presentation to VPS members and annual meeting attendees. Includes a full-page ad in the event program, acknowledgment on the website, and conference posters. This sponsorship level also includes an exhibit table in a prime location with the availability of three representatives in attendance.

Gold Sponsor (2) ($10,000)
Interested companies can support the Virginia Pain Society through an optional non-CME/CE lecture Breakfast presentation to VPS members and annual meeting attendees. Half-page ad in the event program. This sponsorship level also includes an exhibit table with the availability of two representatives in attendance.

Silver Sponsor (2) ($5,000)
Interested companies can support the Virginia Pain Society through an optional non-CME sponsorship of:

1. The Saturday evening reception for attendees with signage and a one-quarter (1/4) page add-in event program, or

2. Optional non-CME sponsorship for the Friday evening Virginia Pain Society Board and Conference Committee dinner and a 1/4 page add in the event program.  Both sponsorships include an exhibit table with availability for two representatives.

Exhibit Sponsor ($3,000)
Companies interested in exhibiting at the Fifth Annual Virginia Pain Society Meeting will be provided with a six-foot table for product display. Two representatives per company are included in the exhibit fee, additional would incur a registration fee.
